The business is recruiting for a CRM Executive, which is a key role in our Client and Marketing function. This role will be significant in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring the optimal functioning of our CRM system. Working closely with our marketing and business development teams, you will oversee the maintenance of our CRM database, facilitate client communications, and contribute to the implementation of CRM strategies to reinforce our commitment to being a connector.
Key areas of the role include:
- Data management
- Process improvement
- Reporting
- Email marketing
Stakeholder engagement at all levels is required, with regular support and training being provided to the team and wider business. Experience with a CRM system is essential (preferably InterAction), and a real passion and energy for what we do is always great to see throughout the process.
