As a Barista at Sodexo, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drinks and serving food from our varied menu, which includes cakes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and toasties. What you'll do:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.
- Operate a cash register (or equivalent), receive payments, and provide customer service.
- Maintain proper security of cash and understand and follow Sodexo cash-handling policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use an espresso machine or willingness to learn barista service and food preparation.
- Experience using a cash register or EPOS system.
