Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: The Angel Inn, Bowness

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the safety, security, and appropriate storage, labeling, and dating of all food stock following appropriate legislation and company policy.
2. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
3. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
4. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
6. Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
7. Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
8. Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
2. Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
