Threlkeld Village Coffee Shop is a thriving community-owned business at the heart of one of the northern Lake District's most popular villages. Following significant investment in our kitchen and bakery facilities, we are seeking an enthusiastic manager to help take it to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a small team.
- Manage day-to-day café operations.
- Oversee baking production and maintain high quality standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.

Contract: Permanent.
Salary: £34,000–£38,500 depending on experience. Performance related bonus.
