We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our established Technical Projects Team. This role will encompass every aspect of true Business Analysis experience to help prepare and enable the delivery of strategic change across our group wide, multi-location business.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to identify relevant technical business solutions that provide the necessary functionality and performance. The detailed articulation of technical themed change will be evidenced by playing an important part of facilitating and delivering familiar Business Analysis activities and structured deliverables throughout the full lifecycle of our strategic led projects and programmes.

This role involves close collaboration and engagement with all level stakeholders across our business and working directly with all colleagues throughout the Technical Projects team and the wider Technology department. You will bring proven business analysis experience gained from one or many different industries, ideally coupled with a strong awareness of Change Management and Technical Project environments.

You will be very comfortable managing a balanced and diverse workload and confident in proactively working with all business areas. You will manage their requirements, define Business Processes and facilitate the common activities within the BA profession along with the utilisation of familiar tools and methodology.

Your expertise in running workshops, mapping processes and working with vendors will be particularly important for this role as will your valuable input to helping evolve our own working practices to ensure we continue to deliver a great service to the organisation. It is therefore important that you possess up-to-date experience in all aspects of Business Process Management and end-to-end process mapping using industry-standard mapping tools.

Running workshops and requirements gathering, either remotely or occasionally onsite, are also significant components of this role, and your ability to excel in these areas will be critical. You will ideally have the full BCS (or ISEB) Diploma in Business Analysis or certainly be able to demonstrate a clear professional development path towards the Diploma.
