About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator / Transport Administrator to join our busy STGO 3 Logistics operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of our bespoke commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, maintenance scheduling, and accurate record keeping.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in the trucking, logistics, or transport industry and experience using Tranman fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle maintenance records and fleet documentation using Tranman.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, MOTs, and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with DVSA and operator licence requirements.
- Track vehicle defects and repair progress.
- Liaise with, workshops, third party repairers’ & suppliers
- Maintain accurate fleet cost and maintenance records.
- Produce fleet reports and management information.
- Support vehicle procurement, disposal, and asset management activities.
- Monitor roadworthiness and compliance deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a truck, HGV, transport, or fleet environment.
- Experience using Tranman fleet management software or similar software system.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook & Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Knowledge of transport compliance and vehicle maintenance regulations.
- Experience working with commercial vehicle workshops.
- Understanding of Operator Licence requirements.
- CPC qualification or transport industry qualifications.
