Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.
- Shift Flexibility: Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
- Passion for Service: People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: First-class communication skills are required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a caf team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
