We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic member to join the Finance Team to support purchase ledger administration in a thriving and busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Preparation of supplier monthly reconciliations
  • Handling supplier queries
  • General office duties including filing, storeroom audits, and banking of cheques

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of accounts
  • Basic level of Excel experience
