VP Strategy, Wealth Management and Private Banking, Global Financial Services Group
Outstanding opportunity to join the Strategy team of this major group.
We are now working with a big name global financial services group. They are looking to add a VP Strategy Manager to their incredibly successful wealth management and private banking team.
Your brief will be to provide the ExCo and senior directors with strategic advice about the direction of the group and to assist the MDs of the different business units with specific strategic projects.
This would involve the writing of group strategic planning, specific strategic projects, and the implementation of these initiatives throughout the bank alongside key stakeholders.
We are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Engagement Manager + strategy consultants with firms like McKinsey, Bain, The Boston Consulting Group, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Booz Allen, LEK, OC&C.
- Strategy professionals with other banks or financial services firms. It is very likely that you will have gained experience at some stage within a leading consulting firm before this role.
The successful candidate will probably have 7-10 years of experience and at least some experience of working with wealth management or private banking clients.
