Team/Role Overview
The Team sit within Citi\’s Enterprise Data Office and have a focus on serving our business partners within ICM. Institutional Credit Management (ICM) aims to provide integrated \”end-to-end\” credit underwriting, and management of risks for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.
This data and product development role will help shape the portfolio, limits & collateral target state process, data & capabilities across business lines, through engagement with 1st line teams, technology & individual business product teams.
What You\’ll Do

  • Interact with senior business stakeholders to understand their problem statement & design technical & process-based tactical & strategic solutions, using data-driven approaches
  • Create a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map to delivery
  • Define business requirements to drive development or new products and/or features
  • Develop plans, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of products or features
  • Interact with Risk, Product & Technology to distil long term vision, industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy

What we\’ll need from you

  • Credit Risk knowledge & experience
  • Data & Analytics knowledge & experience
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, including project management experience
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably with knowledge of analytical tools including Tableau, Excel and/or Python
  • Keen attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
  • Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
