Team/Role Overview

The Transaction Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support for the billing of research services and the processing of client commissions through CSA\’s and RCCA\’s. The role\’s overall objective is to maintain complete records and process payments accurately and timely.

What You\’ll Do

This role is within the Global Cash Equity Middle Office, working as part of a global team that administers Commission Sharing Agreements (CSA\’s) and Research Commission Collection Agreements (RCCA\’s) on behalf of the Sales Desk. Responsibilities include invoicing and collecting research payments from clients globally, administering and processing client rebates, and invoicing and collecting funds as part of the Cost Plus trading process.

  • Check invoices for accuracy and completeness before issuing to clients
  • Reconcile client files against Citi\’s records
  • Identify and claim funds paid into Citi from clients
  • Process invoices for payments on behalf of clients
  • Act as point of contact for client queries

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
