Fixed Term Contract – 12 months (FTC), starting mid- or end-June. Location: Southampton.

Job Summary

This critical role serves as the face of the company, ensuring adviser satisfaction by administering policies, handling queries, addressing complaints, setting up accounts, and providing suitable financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Administer adviser policies, respond to queries, handle complaints, and assist with account set‑ups.
  • Support various business areas: pensions, investments, money‑in, money‑out, transfers, and other departments.
  • Prepare letters and financial documents with excellent attention to detail.
  • Process adviser requests within prescribed Service Level Agreements, efficiently and professionally via phone and email.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and service knowledge to deliver appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organisational skills: prioritise workloads, meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; accurately record and interpret data.
  • Personal responsibility, proactive problem‑solving, and consistency in delivering high‑quality work.
