About Our Client
Our client is a leading UK focused small buy-out and growth capital investor with significant funds under management. It is a long-established, highly respected, and has an enviable track record of investing across Britain. It is looking to add a Senior Investment Manager to source and lead transactions, and work on portfolio value creation.
What The Job Involves
- Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management.
- Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles.
- Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required by management.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in lower mid-market private equity or growth capital as an investor or advisor.
- Experience of sourcing and transacting in the UK is essential.
- Ability to lead deals without supervision.
- Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Top academics from a leading academic institution.
- Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you to write, present, and articulate flawlessly.
