Looking for a Senior Investment Analyst for a London based real estate investor to help with the underwriting and financial analysis of potential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management strategies across the UK including London and the regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy. Sectors include residential, living, retail, development, regeneration and office sectors across the UK.
- Conduct market research and due diligence to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and performance reports.
- Support portfolio management and asset performance tracking.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to execute transactions and manage assets.
- Contribute to innovation by exploring AI and data-driven decision-making in real estate.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment or real estate private equity.
- Must have proven real estate investment and underwriting experience in London and across the UK regions.
Required Skills
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; confident with valuations and cashflow analysis.
- Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and PowerPoint ability.
- Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
