What the job involves

• Originate and execute private placement transactions, supporting fundraisings across diverse asset classes
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth market research and due diligence to identify compelling investment opportunities
• Prepare pitch materials, investor presentations, and comprehensive transaction reports
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to structure deals and negotiate terms effectively
