Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be instrumental in optimising revenue processes and supporting the global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence across the revenue organisation
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
  • Design and implement revenue-focused KPIs and metrics
  • Optimise our CRM and revenue tech stack
  • Create and maintain sales compensation structures
  • Streamline quote-to-cash processes
