Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members to generate a sourcing strategy for roles, gather competitive intelligence, help develop targeted sourcing structures, conduct research, and help generate candidate mapping.
  • Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Evernote, Google Suite, and job boards to track candidates, workflow, and screening information.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy on our internal databases.
  • Keep abreast of sourcing best practice tools and technologies.
  • To stay up to date on market and functional trends and key fund industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals for additional candidates.
  • Leverage relevant social media and communications channels to assist in acquisition of good quality research.
  • Assistance to the managing director with business development projects.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct initial candidate development, including outreach to candidates and phone screening.
  • Able to determine candidate fit as outlined in detailed position specification.
  • Able to contact candidates directly and brief candidate on job opportunities.
  • Able to conduct and document screening process, including CV pre-screening and telephone interview.
  • Able to prepare screening questions.

Requirements

  • Some experience within talent acquisition and client management, particularly for asset management.
  • Proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
  • Creation of “search level” go to market strategy.
  • Self motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Highly organised with demonstrated ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritise.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
