Overview

Belfast: 3 days in office. A global financial institution is seeking a regulatory-focused Project Manager to play a crucial role in delivering key strategic regulatory reform initiatives. Contract role with Umbrella Day Rate: £500 – £550/day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regulatory transformation initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate with operations and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Draft and maintain clear documentation, process maps, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage relationships with regulators and internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of financial services experience with specific project experience in the delivery of regulatory transformation.
• Proven track record delivering major regulatory change across markets.
• Deep understanding of post-trade operations and related control environments.
• Strong experience working with operations and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of market infrastructure and industry standards preferred.
