Team/Role Overview SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) are cash or securities bank details, that are used by clients to settle trades or deals. SSI usually has account numbers and bank SWIFT codes. The Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. This requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

What You\’ll Do

• Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
• Provide tangible metrics to Management
• Working on shift: Shift based schedule: 8:00-16:00, 10:00 – 18:00, and 11:00 – 19:00 (cover for EMEA)

What we\’ll need from you

• Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset.
• Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge.
• Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately elevate.
• Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment.
• Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.
• Bachelor\’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset.
