Company Overview:
A leading middle-market private equity firm is actively seeking a Private Equity Associate with a background in TMT Investment Banking. The firm specializes in growth-oriented investments across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, leveraging deep industry expertise and a hands-on operational approach to drive value creation.
Position Summary:
The Associate will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. This position offers significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including LBO modeling and valuation
• Support due diligence efforts and deal execution
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic initiatives
• Perform industry and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking within a TMT coverage group
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and investing
• Bachelor\’s degree from a top-tier institution, Investment Banking experience from a Top Tier Bank
