Investment Analyst, Principal Investments and Advisory, Private Equity Group
We are now working with a very successful private equity, advisory and investment group.
They are now looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to their team, who will work on the execution of investments for the fund as well as corporate finance advisory mandates for specific clients.
The role involves working as an analyst and a fully participating team member in almost all stages of the deal process. Analysts are involved in the development of financial models, perform complex analyses and work on due diligence of potential investment opportunitiesand M&A work.
The responsibilities of this role will include the following:
- Full member of a very successful team doing private equity, VC and corporate finance assignments
- The development of financial models for prospective investments
- Assisting in the due diligence and transaction execution of prospective investments.
- Post investment monitoring, financial return projection and funding gap assessment
- Working on corporate finance deals
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Investment banker from a leading investment banking firm
- Strategy consultant from a firm like Strategy&, Parthenon, OC&C
- M&A advisor from a leading accounting firm /ACA
