I\βm supporting a life reinsurer looking for a Pricing Manager to join their Protection team. It\βs a brilliant role if you enjoy that mix of hands-on technical work, people leadership and being close to commercial conversations.
What you\βll be doing:
You\βll take ownership of a range of Protection pricing work, including reviewing quotes, shaping assumptions, overseeing experience analysis and supporting ongoing treaty activity. There\βs a nice balance of technical depth and partnering with internal teams on projects, queries and process improvements.
You\βll also be a key voice in the team, helping set priorities, representing pricing to senior stakeholders and supporting the development of more junior colleagues.
