The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to support the Office team with day‑to‑day operations. This role will ensure the smooth running of the office environment while providing administrative and operational support across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the office to ensure a smooth and organised workplace
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, deliveries, and supplier coordination
- Liaise with building management, maintenance providers, and external vendors
- Coordinate meeting rooms, team events, travel bookings, and office logistics
- Provide administrative support across teams, including calendars, documents, reports, and records
- Assist with onboarding new starters, including desk setup and access coordination
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and general enquiries
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to internal requests promptly
- Ensure office procedures align with company policies and health & safety standards
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support as required
What You'll Bring
