Overview
My client is expanding their professional services team and are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support the deployment of enterprise-grade wired and wireless networks across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, education, supply chain, and large enterprise environments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex networking challenges, working collaboratively with experienced engineers, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients at scale.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical expertise and delivery support across enterprise networking engagements.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Support troubleshooting of LAN and WLAN connectivity issues.
- Participate in large-scale wireless deployments within enterprise environments under senior engineer guidance.
- Support network access control platforms (e.g. Cisco ISE or equivalent).
- Produce and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in client change control processes and governance activities.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience working with enterprise networking technologies (Cisco), wired and/or wireless.
- A solid understanding of core networking concepts, including:
- IP addressing and IPAM
- VLANs
- STP
- Routing protocols
Nice to Have
- Networking certifications such as CCNA, Aruba Campus Access, CWNA, or actively working toward one.
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Cisco Prime
- Cisco DNA Center
- Cisco Meraki
- Aruba Gateway or Aruba Central
