A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Structured Products & Corporate Actions Specialist to join a high-performing Equities Middle Office team supporting a growing Structured Notes business. This role sits at the heart of the trade lifecycle, providing front-to-back oversight across structured products, corporate actions, trade support, exception management and operational risk. You will work closely with Front Office, Operations and Technology teams to ensure the accurate processing and management of complex equity-linked and cross-asset derivative products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-to-back lifecycle events across structured products and derivatives.
- Support Structured Notes processing and Corporate Actions activities.
- Perform trade validation, reconciliation and exception management.
- Partner with Front Office Sales and Trading teams on operational and lifecycle queries.
- Monitor and improve data integrity, controls and operational processes.
- Support trade capture, confirmations, settlements and risk management activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to project delivery and lifecycle management programmes.
- Produce reporting and MI for senior stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Strong experience within Equity Derivatives, Structured Products or Markets Operations.
- Detailed understanding of Structured Notes and associated lifecycle events.
- Corporate Actions processing experience.
- Front-to-back trade lifecycle management knowledge.
- Experience working directly with Front Office stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous project or change experience would be advantageous.
Contract Details
- Belfast-based (hybrid working model)
- £300 - £400/day
- Initial contract through to July 2027
- Immediate interview process
