As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering the marketing strategy that engages and supports Financial Advisers. You will manage projects across different jurisdictions, collaborating with stakeholders from across the business to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing activities for the Financial Adviser channel.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop, manage, and implement the central marketing plan for Financial Advisers.
- Support the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns designed to strengthen relationships with Financial Advisers, drive growth in our propositions and enhance engagement with key stakeholders.
- Support with production and management of content, collateral and events across propositions.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content, communications, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards by adhering to the company's financial promotions policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning, execution and promotion of high-quality events, including seminars, webinars, and other adviser-focused activities.
- Track leads generated through central marketing activities.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including Investment Managers, the Research Team and the Technical Team.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Executive and Digital team to support the development and execution of digital activity.
- Provide support across day-to-day marketing activities and ad-hoc projects as required.
Essential Experience & Skills
- The ideal candidate has experience in a wealth management, investment management or financial advice firm.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, retirement planning, and wealth management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a wider team.
