We are working with a large Private Equity firm to secure a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant to step into a broad group finance role at a highly regarded international investment platform.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of management accounts, variance analysis across multiple cost centres, budgeting and forecasting, and statutory accounts under IFRS.
- Deliver year-end audit activities and assist in the audit process.
- Engage in ongoing finance change activity, including process improvement, reporting enhancements and system-related work.
- Develop scope to broaden responsibilities around consolidation and wider group reporting over time.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of accounting experience; part-qualified or newly qualified accountant acceptable.
- Strong financial accounting skills and accounts-preparation experience.
- Ideally experience gained in a financial services environment or with financial services clients.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong stakeholder-engagement skills.
