Key Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence discussions and perform detailed credit assessments of hedge funds and real money funds.
- Underwrite and onboard new counter‑parties in line with internal risk frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio exposures against established limits, triggers, and stress scenarios.
- Review and approve credit decisions within delegated authority.
- Ensure adherence to credit risk appetite and elevate material concerns where appropriate.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of underwriting practices and risk evaluation processes.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in counter‑party risk management, particularly with hedge funds and real money funds.

- Experience negotiating legal documentation such as ISDA/CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.
