Key Responsibilities
- Lead asset management activities across multiple infrastructure investments from post‑acquisition through to exit
- Drive value creation plans, performance optimisation and strategic initiatives at portfolio company level
- Monitor financial and operational performance against business plans, covenants and investment cases
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial modelling
- Act as a key interface with portfolio company boards, management teams and external advisors
- Support refinancing, add‑on acquisitions, disposals and other complex capital structure events
- Ensure robust governance, risk management and ESG integration across the portfolio
- Prepare materials for investment committees, boards and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years' experience in infrastructure asset management, infrastructure private equity, project finance, or a related investment role
- Strong understanding of core/core+ infrastructure assets and long‑term ownership models
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders, boards and management teams
- Hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to manage complexity across multiple assets
- Strong academic background; professional qualifications (ACA, CFA or equivalent) advantageous
