We have been engaged by a leading organisation to support the search for a high‑calibre individual to join their Central Supply Chain team. Supply Chain is a critical function within the business, ensuring operational sites have the right stock, at the right time, and at the right cost. The National Supply Chain team plays a key role in managing and developing relationships with core suppliers, maintaining strong inbound service levels, and driving supply chain income streams.
The role is based in the South East, with occasional travel required. Hybrid working is offered, with a blend of home and office working (typically a minimum of two days on‑site, depending on business needs).
The Role
- Partner closely with suppliers and operational sites to improve flexibility and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Enhance supplier service performance while identifying opportunities to reduce complexity and cost.
- Lead analysis and discussions around route‑to‑market strategies, including managing existing consolidation models and developing new inbound solutions.
- Support the growth of revenue streams while driving efficiencies and identifying new commercial opportunities.
