We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the implementation of Epic Beacon. The role includes partnering with clinical leaders, pharmacy, nursing, and IT to translate oncology workflows into a safe, efficient, and compliant Beacon build.

Responsibilities:

  • Form part of a team to support the rollout and optimisation of Epic Beacon in an oncology setting.
  • Drive key workstreams from design through to go live and stabilisation.
  • Ensure treatment plans, order sets, and protocols are standardised, governed, and measurable.
  • Engage with stakeholders including clinicians and operational leaders.
  • Ensure safe, standardised, and scalable oncology workflows through design, go live, and optimisation.

Essential Skills:

  • Epic Beacon certification or 2–4+ years of hands-on Beacon build, implementation, or optimisation experience.
  • Strong understanding of oncology workflows, including regimen design, sequencing, and pharmacy processes.
  • Demonstrated competency in testing discipline, defect management, and change control.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Beacon teams through at least one full go live.
  • Deep understanding of regimen management, infusion services, and pharmacy compounding.
  • Demonstrated experience with clinical governance, safety reviews, and change control.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior clinicians and executives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment:

The position is based in London with 2/3 days required on-site. You'll work closely with clinical, pharmacy, and IT teams, using advanced Epic systems to deliver impactful oncology solutions.
