A global market leading services firm is seeking a high impact Senior Sales Director to drive net new growth across its Asset and Wealth Management practice. This is a true hunter role ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business, shaping complex transformation programmes, and building trusted relationships at senior levels.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of new logo acquisition across enterprise financial services clients, leading from the front in originating and closing large multi-year transformation deals. Working within a global matrixed environment you will orchestrate complex pursuits and position the firm as a strategic partner to leading buy-side institutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new revenue across Asset and Wealth Management clients
- Build and execute a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Lead and close complex multi-year transformation deals
- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders across the buy side
- Collaborate with global delivery and solution teams to win strategic mandates
Your Background
- Proven success in enterprise IT services or consulting sales
- Strong experience selling into asset managers, wealth managers, or investment firms
- Track record in digital transformation, cloud, or managed services deals
- Credibility operating at C-suite level with a strong commercial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to win and scale new logo accounts
