We are partnering with a leading organisation within the London insurance market to appoint a Reward & HR Operations Specialist. This is a highly visible position supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced and complex HR and reward environment. Operating at the centre of the function, you will play a key role in delivering the accurate, timely and compliant execution of reward, governance and documentation processes, working closely with HR, Legal, Finance and Executive teams.
Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate offer letters for senior hires, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with reward frameworks.
- Partner with HR, Reward and Legal teams to incorporate bonus, incentive and equity arrangements.
- Manage amendments and re-issuance of documentation with a high degree of discretion and precision.
- Prepare and coordinate settlement agreements for senior employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing across payroll and equity teams.
- Prepare high-quality RemCo documentation, including briefing papers, schedules, data packs and approvals.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensure submissions are complete and on time.
- Track actions, decisions and approvals following committee meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting for senior leadership, including the Equity & Reward Director and Chief HR Officer.
- Ensure the integrity of reward and people data.
- Support ad-hoc requests with clear, well-structured outputs and analysis.
- Manage end-to-end approval processes and governance workflows.
- Maintain robust audit trails, documentation records and version control.
- Proactively follow up on actions to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
About You
- Proven experience within HR, Reward, Governance or Executive support roles.
- Strong experience producing high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders or committees.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and inconsistencies.
- Experience managing approval processes and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and see tasks through to completion.
- Desirable: Exposure to Remuneration Committee processes.
- Desirable: Experience with equity, incentive or bonus structures.
- Desirable: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
