A leading Real Estate Fund is looking to add a Credit Securitisation Investment VP into its team in London. This is a Fund that was founded by a group of Senior Experts from bulge bracket banks and large Institutional investors who are noted as one of the best Real Estate specialist teams in Europe. The high performing group maintains a meritocratic and holistic environment that will further any Real Estate Investor’s professional development.
About The Role
This is an integral role where you will lead the group’s direct lending activities, coordination with relevant external/internal parties (Rating Agencies etc.), and the marketing of Real Estate Credit to Institutional Investors.
Responsibilities
- Screening and researching potential investment opportunities
- Preparation of potential investments for internal committee
- Lead relevant Real Estate Credit underwriting
- Selling of Credit Investments to Institutional Investors
- Engage with Ratings Agencies
- Maintain awareness around key industry sector trends
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant Credit Securitisation experiences from a reputable Investment Banking team
- Expertise and understanding of Real Estate loan structuring is essential
- Bachelor’s and/or MBA from a top Educational Institution
- Track record in managing a variety of projects while working within part of a broader team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English is essential and Professional Fluency in a European language is a bonus
