Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new propositions from concept and business case to launch and ongoing governance.
- Enhance existing propositions to meet evolving client needs and strengthen competitive advantage.

- Partner with marketing and distribution to deliver clear proposition messaging and effective go-to-market plans.
- Manage third-party product provider relationships to support proposition development and delivery.

- Maintain robust governance, documentation and approvals across the proposition lifecycle.
- Monitor performance and iterate propositions using client feedback and management information.
