The Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) generates over half of Intuit's global revenue. Our flagship brands, QuickBooks and Mailchimp, power a vision to drive SMB prosperity through an AI-enabled 'all-in-one' platform. We empower small and mid-sized businesses to run their entire operations—from lead to cash—supported by a virtual team of AI agents and human experts.
As the Principal Product Manager, Business Growth Solutions (EMEA), you will architect and lead the product strategy for the Business Growth portfolio in the EMEA region, helping small and mid-sized businesses grow their customers, sales and getting paid. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of product vision, commercial savvy, and the ability to navigate a complex global matrix to deliver regional growth.
Responsibilities- Regional Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for the Business Growth portfolio across EMEA. You will align product development, design, and local GTM teams to deliver a unified 'all-in-one' platform and ecosystem value proposition.
- Product-Led Growth and P&L Ownership: Own the product success of your portfolio in the region. You will design and optimize high-velocity Product-Led Growth (PLG) loops to drive customer acquisition, retention, and the 'attach-rate' of ecosystem services (e.g., Payments and Payroll).
- Bi-Directional Platform Influence: Act as the primary strategic bridge to Global Platform teams. You will build data-backed business cases to ensure EMEA-specific needs (e.g., e-invoicing mandates, PSD3, local tax logic) are prioritized as scalable global primitives.
- AI-Native Market Differentiation: Identify 'white space' in the EMEA market. Lead the transition to AI-agentic workflows, creating 'done-for-you' experiences that provide a distinct competitive advantage over local players.
- Mid-Market & Agency Expansion: Architect the product strategy for mid-sized firms and agencies. This includes adapting offerings for multi-entity management and complex workflow automation while maintaining Intuit's hallmark simplicity.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Lead the product strategy for third-party integrations, ensuring our platform remains the 'central nervous system' for SMBs by allowing key regional partners to plug into our ecosystem.
- Domain Expertise: 10+ Years of Product Leadership: A proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS products in EMEA or other high complexity regions. You have navigated complex international markets and understand the nuances of regional scaling.
- MarTech & Fintech Convergence: Deep expertise in Marketing Automation (MarTech) and or Fintech/Payments. You understand how these two worlds intersect to drive small business growth and synergies.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Experience building in multi-product environments. You understand how to derive exponential value from integrated services rather than standalone features.
- Up-Market Strategy: Proven ability to move products 'up-market' to serve mid-sized firms and agencies, solving for increased organizational complexity without sacrificing the user experience.
- Commercial & P&L Ownership: You think like a General Manager. You are comfortable owning a P&L and making high-stakes investment trade-offs based on LTV, CAC, and long-term revenue impact.
- Strategic Influence: A master communicator capable of navigating a complex, matrixed organisation. You can influence global roadmaps by translating regional market needs into rigorous, data-backed business cases.
- AI-First Mindset: A 'future-back' thinker who can envision how Agentic AI and LLMs will disrupt traditional workflows and create new commercial categories.
- Market Sensing & Rigor: Expert in qualitative and quantitative discovery. You can turn 'noisy' market signals and regulatory changes (like e-invoicing or PSD3) into a concrete, competitive product strategy.
