Leading global macro hedge fund is looking to hire an experienced Reconciliations lead in their London office with a proven reconciliation trade & cash processing background. They are very open to those working at a third‑party administrator, reconciliation vendor who can demonstrate a broad operations processing background with genuine cross‑product experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess the existing reconciliations function (cash and trade) and identify solutions to implement best practice and streamline the process.
- Bring a project/change mindset, collaborate with overseas offices, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Apply a proven risk and control mindset to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Work as part of a wider global team and build out the function, ultimately running it.
Qualifications
- Experience running an operations/middle‑office function.
- In excess of 7 years of relevant experience (but candidates with more or less experience may be considered).
- Proven reconciliation trade & cash processing background.
- Project/change mindset, strong communication skills, and risk & control orientation.
