Responsibilities
- Implement Python-based analytics under the guidance of a Senior Quant Developer
- Translate defined spreadsheet logic into clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Work within Coremont’s proprietary analytics framework and libraries
- Support testing, validation, and automation of analytics components
- Build domain knowledge across hedge fund analytics and financial products
Qualifications
- Strong Python development skills
- Graduate or early-career background in a quantitative discipline (e.g. maths, physics, engineering, finance)
- Specialisation or strong interest in equities or rates
- Basic understanding of financial models and relational/SQL-style data concepts
Nice to Have
- Exposure to analytical or quantitative frameworks
- Familiarity with hedge fund or asset-management operations
