The Sales Associate will work closely with the regional head and senior stakeholders to support day-to-day commercial activity across the DACH region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the regional lead on all business-related matters.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Helping to execute a structured and effective client contact strategy.
  • Conducting a mix of face-to-face meetings, calls, written communication and attendance at relevant industry events.

  • Managing follow-up activity from meetings and roadshows.
  • Maintaining meeting notes, updating CRM systems, supporting the production of RFPs and DDQs, and producing regular reporting and management information as required.

Candidate Profile:

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded professional with experience in a client-facing or sales support role within investment management or a related environment. The successful candidate will have between two and five years' relevant experience, with a strong track record of supporting client relationships and delivering against commercial objectives.

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a non-negotiable, and candidates must be UK-based with flexibility to travel occasionally. A solid understanding of institutional clients and their needs is important, alongside the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and internal teams. Experience within asset management or a placement agent environment is highly desirable, as is exposure to public and/or private market funds and familiarity with the DACH institutional landscape.

The role requires excellent organisational and project management skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset.
