Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions Investment Specialists team in delivering the full range of investment collateral, making use of close proximity to the Solutions Portfolio Management, CPM and Sales teams.
- Work closely with Investment Specialists to create bespoke decks for custom mandates on behalf of the Solutions Portfolio Management and CPM teams.
- Manage the timely completion of RFPs and DDQs to the highest quality, coordinating responses with key stakeholders across the business and ensuring the latest fund research, analysis and messaging is incorporated.
- Establish and maintain deep and credible relationships with CPMs, Portfolio Management and key stakeholders across the business to ensure content is of the highest quality.
- Identify opportunities and initiate projects where Investment Specialists can add value for the portfolio manager, sales force and wider business.
- Translate complex investment ideas and data into a logical and visually engaging format.
- Participate in a variety of client-focused projects.
Competencies
- Ability to work with senior members of sales and investment management to support sales priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in understanding institutional/retail client expectations and requirements.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Ability to work independently within a team to meet demanding deadlines and comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment, continually enhancing own relevant skills.
- Good ability in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical ability with good attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
