We are now working with a US investment fund. They have a premier name in private markets investing. The team is looking for an Investment Associate to join their highly successful structured credit team.
This team makes asset-based loans to private equity and investment groups, enabling them to carry out acquisitions, expansion, refinancings, and free liquidity. The deals worked on tend to be complicated transactions. The team has a flexible investment approach and can provide finance through debt, structured finance mezzanine, preferred equity, and hybrid instruments.
Qualifications
- 3rd year analyst/associate with structured credit background
- 3rd year analyst/associate with M&A/debt experience with global investment banks and advisors
- 3rd year analyst/associate with private equity or alternative investment funds
- Fluent in at least two European languages
