We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented analyst to join our London team. The role focuses on developing and supporting innovative financial risk solutions, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of risk analytics, and improving client confidence in decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Provide robust support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and deployed solutions, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis on the S&P Global data estate and Risk Factor Utility.
  • Manage data quality, ensuring accurate and reliable information across the end‑to‑end workflow.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system, data, or process issues.
  • Implement proactive measures to identify and resolve potential problems before impact.
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and documentation of new features to rigorous standards.
  • Gather requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and data workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Pay close attention to detail, proactively addressing data issues or inconsistencies.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
