We are looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead and grow a team of up to 30 Java engineers responsible for a large-scale, distributed financial platform used across multiple regions. The role has accountability for delivery, team performance, and the evolution of a legacy estate toward a modern, cloud-based, event-driven architecture.
You will combine strong people leadership with hands-on technical judgment, working closely with product, delivery, and senior technology leaders to align engineering execution with broader business priorities and ensure reliable, sustainable delivery.
