About The Role
The Client Transition Analyst (CTA) are members of the Client Transition Services Group (CTS) and are responsible for supporting the operational aspects of various client transition events including new mandate fundings, terminations, all asset-in-kind flows and product/portfolio changes, in addition to supporting transition events, asset transfers, and portfolio restructures requested by internal investment teams and portfolio managers. The position places strong emphasis on operational risk management and control environment. The CTA will work closely with the global relationship teams, investment teams, and numerous other operational functional areas of the firm to ensure a consistent service model in transitioning client assets and to mitigate risk during the transition event process. A substantial amount of time will be devoted to external communication with custodian banks, internal investment teams, third party accounting agents, outsourcing providers, vendors, transition managers, and clients.
