The Risk & Valuations Services (RVS) Business Operations team is a central pillar of the Growth, Business Development & Operations (GBDO) group, partnering with business leaders to drive operational excellence, performance management, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic narratives and executive‑ready presentations for management and divisional Operating Committee meetings as well as the board.
- Advise senior leadership on complex business issues and recommend capital allocation and growth opportunities.
- Define success metrics, maintain performance dashboards, and track progress against strategic objectives (OKRs/KPIs), recommending course corrections and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology, influencing peers and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are well understood, aligned, and actionable.
