The Global Benefits Team at our client (a leading Asset manager) is a dedicated group of specialists committed to enhancing the wellbeing and benefits of our colleagues worldwide, supporting over 40 countries. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set-up benefits plans.
- Conduct or assist in the completion of benefits benchmarking, analysis, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all benefits-related activities.
- Contribute to frameworks for integrating benefits plans that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and training for stakeholders about changes in benefits plans.
- Support the optimization of benefit offerings and enhance employee satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years' minimum benefits experience.
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Finance, Business or related discipline required.
- Proven experience in managing benefits.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across EMEA & APAC.
- Benefits project management skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks in an organized manner whilst interacting with various external and internal stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience. Workday knowledge is a plus.
- A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results whilst also being a team player.
- Accurate, with great attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multinational company with a focus on benefits.
- Familiarity with regional compliance and regulatory requirements in benefits management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive processes and initiatives.
