Our client is a leading global private bank for HNW and UHNW families. They are hiring a 12‑month FTC Executive Assistant & Events Co‑ordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO of the UK business.
- Act as gatekeeper, including complex calendar management and prioritisation.
- Proactively manage the CEO's inbox, filtering and prioritising all calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information.
- Interact with clients and business partners.
- Manage expenses.
- Plan, organise and execute events, including identifying suitable venues, visiting sites, handling invitations, managing RSVPs, attending prep calls with stakeholders, overseeing venue set‑up, final preparations and managing operational logistics on‑site (guest registration and overall attendee experience).
- Maintain a proactive role in all event coordination tasks from planning to execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous EA experience, ideally in private banking or financial services.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to prioritise and multi‑task under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good initiative, conscientious, detail‑oriented and well‑organised.
- Previous exposure to event coordination is desirable.
- Immediate availability.
