Loan Documentation Manager with Fluent Chinese
A prestigious international Bank is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join a busy expanding team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being a Loan Documentation Specialist with focus on LMA documentation
- Ensuring agreements and all transaction documents throughout the loan lifecycle are prepared in compliance with terms of the credit proposal and completed within required timeframe
- Reviewing/commenting on NDAs for potential primary/secondary deals
- Reviewing/negotiation of bi-lateral & syndicated primary loan documentation, LMA-based facility agreements, security documentation etc
- Attending to secondary trading documentation
- Contributing to the maintenance of legal updates and templates
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, legal counsel, counterparties etc
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven LMA documentation gained within banking
- Primary and secondary documentation
- Good experience of commercial lending and property as security
