Arbra is a global financial services group specializing in alternative investments with permanent offices in London, Geneva, Lisbon, and the UAE. The firm provides strategic asset management, customized wealth advisory, and expertise in private markets and special situations. Arbra serves sophisticated clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutions, and sovereign entities, offering tailored, long-term strategies while valuing independence, discipline, and transparency. Its mission is to foster cross-border partnerships designed to preserve and grow capital across generations.

We are recruiting a hungry, hunter-oriented junior salesperson to join our distribution team. This is a deliberately distinct role: not a junior version of a senior seller, but a standalone function designed to bring activity discipline and pipeline rigour to the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Outbound prospecting against target lists agreed with the Head of BD and the CRO, opening new conversations across a defined UHNWI and family-office universe.
  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships, presenting Arbra’s tailored solutions across private markets and special situations.
  • Front-to-back coordination between sales, the Private Markets team, compliance and execution, keeping deals moving efficiently from first contact to closing.
  • Preparing market and company analysis to support client conversations and live deal cycles.
  • Assisting in client onboarding activities and staying current on financial industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of experience in private banking, wealth distribution, alternatives sales or a comparable commercial role with exposure to UHNWI or institutional capital.
  • Hunter mentality. Comfortable picking up the phone, sending the cold email, and pursuing conversations that haven’t been pre-warmed.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English; additional languages a clear advantage.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, comfortable in a CRM, operating on shared standards rather than personal memory.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Genuinely curious about private markets and special situations, motivated by being part of building something rather than slotting into something already built.

What We Offer:

  • A senior platform with direct exposure to flagship private market transactions and to the firm’s special situations origination.
  • Full remote flexibility, Europe-based, with travel as the role and pipeline require.
  • CHF 80–100k base plus performance-based variable, with the upside structure calibrated to genuine production.
  • Direct working relationship with the Head of BD and the CRO; visibility to the firm’s senior leadership from day one.

How to Apply:

Please send your CV and a short note on why this role interests you to info@arbra.global. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
