Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Finance Business Partnering with EMEA IT department.
  • Ownership of month end process in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Contribute to EMEA IT's Forecast and Budget process.
  • Tracking of actual spend versus budget for the IT Spend (Revex & Capex).
  • Preparation and presentation of exec reporting / dashboards.
  • Delivery of ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior management.
  • Management of the capitalisation process including periodic WIP reviews.
  • Manage inter-company invoicing for IT SLAs including updating the cost sharing calculations model.
  • Review of spend requests from IT leads to ensure correct accounting treatment.
